The VLCT Property and Casualty Intermunicipal Fund, Inc (PACIF) began providing insurance coverages to Vermont municipalities in 1987. PACIF currently has 360 members across the state utilizing our locally-managed Property, Casualty, and Workers Compensation Insurance coverages.

Oversight of PACIF is provided by a Board of Directors made up of representatives from Vermont communities:
